The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website. Please read them carefully.

1. Content
   This website is owned and managed solely by Hillcrest Promotions Limited. All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and all transactions are billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Hillcrest Promotions Limited reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site including pricing at any time and without notice.
2. Credit Card Charges
   The name that will appear on the cardholder statement is Hillcrest Promotions Limited.
3. Delivery of items
   Please allow 10 working days for the delivery of items from the date of your order.
4. Returns
   Please note all items are made to order, items cannot be returned for credit or a refund once they are branded. If you have received a faulty product the product/garment must be returned to Hillcrest within 7 days. Any products/garments found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded.
5. Privacy Policy

      We respect your right to privacy. We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Hillcrest Promotions Limited does not store your credit card information and will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission. Payment Security is managed through Windcave for mutual security. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.
   2. Use of Children's Photos
      
      1. Consent
         We will only publish photos of children where written consent has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian.
         Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us, and the images will be promptly removed.
      2. Limited Identification
         Children will not be identified by full name in connection with their photos unless explicit consent has been provided.
         Wherever possible, photos will avoid displaying personal information (e.g. school uniforms, addresses, name tags).
      3. Purpose of Use
         Photos are used solely for the purposes of promoting our activities, events, or services.
         Images will never be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
      4. Storage and Security
         All digital images are stored securely and access is restricted to authorised staff.
      5. Your Rights
         Parents and guardians may request removal of any image of their child from our website at any time.

   Hillcrest Promotions Limited owns all copyright and other intellectual property in this site. Everything on this site, unless otherwise stated, is copyright. We advise that you may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties, or for commercial purposes, any portion of this site without the express permission of Hillcrest Promotions Limited.

   Please note these items are only available to be delivered to New Zealand addresses.
